1 2 Mass is a tech startup. Their venture is creating an online command centre for managing a company’s social media front. They had the programming but felt their

service’s user experience was too complicated. “Our users have a lot of data to manage. Every tweet, every post by every follower that relates to a client of ours is valuable information. They need to know what messages are getting the most traction and which ones to stop. All of this is happening in realtime so if the service is successful, it needs empower our users with the ability to interpret all of this data visually, immediately.”

The designed user experience does just that, it allows users to process massive trends of social media all on a single screen, filtering automatically what trends and what doesn’t.
